Founder of BA Skin Lab and Master Esthetician Barbara Aquino has an esteemed reputation in Fairfield County for a reason. With 20 years of experience in skincare and 18 years using the Biologique Recherche method, Barbara’s extraordinary talent at creating customized facials that leave her clients with healthy, glowing skin is unparalleled.
Barbara’s passion for skincare paired with her incredible knowledge and decades of continued training with industry experts has led to her success. In her treatments, she mixes modern technology with natural ingredients and old school techniques for a state-of-the-art experience that truly transforms your skin. You will leave her table glowing from the inside out. Every single time.
After moving from Poland to the United States, Barbara began working as an esthetician at some of New York City’s top-rated spas. There, she was introduced to French skincare line Biologique Recherche (BR), a pioneer in the beauty world. Barbara was honored to be trained by BR’s founders, Madame Josette Allouche and Dr Philippe Alouche. She quickly became the national trainer for BR in the USA.
Barbara and her staff have created a beautifully serene spa experience with a level of dedication and customization that is hard to find.

Bozena has had a strong passion for skincare since she was a young girl. She left a successful business career to follow that passion and to help other people find beautifully glowing and healthy skin.
After overcoming her own skin problems, she learned to take a holistic approach where nutrition, fitness, and stress management, along with the right treatments and products, play a major role in skincare.
She met Barbara in 2010 fell in love with BR because the products are unique and more effective than anything else she had come across. She went to Esthetic school, graduated in 2014, was trained in BR techniques under Barbara, and has been helping women glow and feel confident in their own skin ever since.
Helping her clients is what inspires her every day to give 100% at every facial where she uses world-renowned products, technologically advanced equipment, and various massage techniques, customized for each person’s individual needs.
